Alex + Rey: Supabase membership, migration, hosting/secrets and recovery ownership.
Rey + account owners: integrate the tested Anymail/Apollo/Hunter flow, verify remaining quotas and supply the raw test CSV.
Rey: implement the adopted qualitative targeting policy. Kabel: supply the data-processing permissions needed for live operation.
Rafa: reviewed shared contracts and real exact-revision approved content.
